高翔律师，华东政法学院法学本科毕业，法学士。现为上海博和汉商律师事务所律师，曾供职于路伟律师事务所上海办公室，并担任多家外资企业咨询顾问。执业期间，曾代理名列“《财富》500强”的世界知名企业在中国内地的劳动及知识产权领域法律事务。在协助企业建立公司内部劳动规章制度、提供劳动保护、员工安置、薪酬制度等方面咨询以及处理劳动争议等方面具有丰富的法律经验，并对维护企业商标权、著作权、外观设计专利有较深刻的研究和长期的实务操作经验。擅长劳动法、知识产权法、公司法、合同法领域的诉讼及各类综合性非讼法律事务。

Gao Xiang,L.L.B, Graduates from East China University of Politics and Law.Attorney at law in Shanghai Bohe Law Firm. Has work experiences in Shanghai branch of Lovells law firm and act as legal counsel for several foreign related corporations. Mr. Gao’s legal practice focus on the litigation and non-litigation area of labor law,IP law,corporate law and contract law.Mr. Gao handled labor and IP related legal issues on behalf of many “500 Fortune” companies. And he has rich experience in labor area, such as the establishment of labor rules of company, providing legal counsel in regard to labor issues and handling labor disputes. Besides, Mr.Gao also specialized in the intellectual property area which includes trademark protection，patent application and copyright protection.
