### International Trade

* Participated in the U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations concerning galvanized steel wire from China.

* Participated in the U.S. annual anti-dumping administrative review concerning activated carbon from China.

* Participated in the U.S. anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations concerning crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells and modules from China.

* Led the representation of Chinese clients in responding to the European Union's anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations concerning photovoltaic products, including participation in the price undertaking process.

### Cross-border Investment & Mergers and Acquisitions

Mr. Li has extensive experience advising Chinese enterprises on outbound investments and assisting investors from Europe and the Middle East with investments in China, including regulatory consultation, legal due diligence, domestic acquisitions, and project asset disposals.

Representative matters include: 

1. Led the legal due diligence and issued legal opinions for the acquisition of a data center and server hosting business by a listed telecommunications and media company.

2. Led the legal due diligence and issued legal opinions for the acquisition of multiple photovoltaic power station projects by a state-owned industrial investment fund.

3. Participated in advising Deutsche Bank on its exit from an energy investment project in Shanxi Province.

4. Led the legal due diligence and legal opinion work for the acquisition of a tourist wharf project by a cultural tourism group.

5. Advised an investment fund on participation in the mixed-ownership reform of a state-owned senior housing project in Jiangsu Province.

6. Advised a photovoltaic holding company on the disposal of equity interests in several project companies operating photovoltaic power stations.

7. Led the legal due diligence and legal opinion work for a private equity investment in a nationwide automotive repair chain.

8. Led the legal due diligence and legal opinion work for an equity investment in an automotive parts logistics company.

9. Led legal due diligence and issued legal opinions for more than ten insurance fund debt investment and pooled investment projects on behalf of a major state-owned insurance asset management company.

10. Advised overseas investors on drilling platform projects located in offshore bay areas.

11. Designed overseas investment structures and provided legal advice for a listed company investing in mineral resource projects in designated jurisdictions.

12. Provided preliminary legal advice to a foreign family-owned enterprise regarding its proposed investment in an automotive parts manufacturing project in China.

### Cross-border Dispute Resolution 

For more than fifteen years, Mr. Li has represented both overseas companies and Chinese commercial entities in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving cross-border disputes. He has also acted for Chinese enterprises in disputes against overseas counterparties.

The disputes have involved parties from the United States, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Türkiye, Iran, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia, and Hong Kong SAR of China, covering matters relating to investment, international trade, equity interests, and real estate.

Mr. Li has also represented clients in multiple proceedings involving the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and the enforcement of foreign judgments through judicial assistance mechanisms.
